Welcome to Genesis 16 Ministries!  We are so thankful that you are visiting us.  Our ministry is a faith based ministry and outreach to the lost, but especially to those who are yoked in bondage to Islam.  We desire to teach and equip the Church with biblical knowledge of Islam and those who are called Muslims.  I would like to direct you to a few things right away, the first of which is the doctrines of the bible which you can find in our Statement of Faith.  Next please look at the about us page and find out how our ministry works.  Finally we would like you to check out our ministry to the church.

It is our desire to evangelize and teach, so we would like to share with you the Lords heart for Muslims and the biblical understanding of Islam.  If you feel led to find out more about Islam or how to evangelize Muslims then please contact us and we can help you in what ever way we can.

We have found that there is a great need to support indigenous work for the Gospel.  It is better stewardship to pay the salary of an indigenous missionary, elder, or evangelist then to spend so much to send non-native missionaries.  To that end we have introduced some opportunities to support indigenous work in East Africa, with more locations to come.

As we preach and teach we are told in the scriptures to remember the poor, so that we desire to do.  We are led to provide benevolence for those who are going without.  Specifically, we are led to provide for widows and orphans who are within the body of Christ.  We do not propose that giving to the poor is the same thing as preaching the Gospel or even a part of the Gospel, however we must care for our brothers and sisters who are going without.  With that in mind please visit our benevolence page.

The last thing I would like to talk to you about is eternal life.  Do you know that you are   saved?  If you can’t answer that question, if you are not certain of where you stand with God  then please let us tell you what it means to be saved.  It is not meant to be some cliche phrase to be thrown around, but in love I beg you to learn what it means and to honestly investigate what it means to be a child of God.  If you do not believe in the existence of God then please let us direct you on to some books of apologia that can help you understand the argument for the existence of a creating God.  No matter where you stand on the subject of salvation we encourage you to visit our page salvation.
